"THIS IS ME!"

The first of its kind, WAMM! is a 100% online musical theater experience that features an all original script and musical score written by the actors! Everything is done by the kids, from composing the musical to costumes to videography of their parts. Then everything is sent to the editing table, where a full length movie musical starring your child is created!  Sign up alone or with your friends, either way, you'll grow your "friends list," learn team work, develop more self confidence, and learn about music and performance.

Activities include:  movement and dance, script and song writing of an original musical, a starring role for every participant, theater basics such as costuming, choreography, stage makeup and hair, lessons on acting techniques for film and production, singing, and dance.

At the end of the session,  a full edited video performance of our original musical will be presented live online.  (A digital copy of the recording will be available to all participants to keep.)

WAMM! Groups are kept small, intentionally, to allow each actor to shine and contribute equally.  Maximum participants per group: 12.

Dates/Times:  June 14-25, Monday through Friday 

                                9:30 am - 12:00 p.m.  

                                Performance: Saturday, July 10, 4:00 p.m. (virtual)

Ages:  2nd-12th grade 

Prerequisites: Because WAMM is a fully virtual production, actors must have 2 devices (One for zoom and one for recording), internet access for both devices, a quiet rehearsal/filming space. Free Required Apps: Voice Record Pro, Zoom, and Camera/Video

Fees: $740 per child

           20% discount for additional children (in the same household)

           5% discount for private lesson students of Silbermann Studios

           5% discount for repeat participation

           5% referral discount for

Supplies Fee: $60 and includes light, stand, and filming materials.  If you have participated in WAMM before and still have your filming materials, the supplies fee is waived.
